Our Class Offerings
Held in either red light or standard lighting depending on the schedule and intention, our classes are crafted to align mind, body, and energy.
Yoga
Fluid, breath-led movement to increase flexibility, release tension, and promote emotional grounding. Under red light, yoga becomes an even deeper detoxifying and restorative experience.
Pilates
